1. Who is Who
When we say "Client", "You", or "Your", we mean you—the person using our website or hiring us. When we say "We", "Us", or "Our", we mean BackToCode.
2. Code & Design Ownership
We own the designs, text, and images on this website. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
For custom projects that we build for you, you will own the full code, designs, and database setup as soon as you make the final payment.
3. What You Cannot Do
You must not:
- Copy our website content or share it somewhere else as your own.
- Sell or rent any designs or code from our website.
- Copy our project examples or templates to resell them.
4. Project Rules & Payments
When you hire us to build software:
- We will sign a contract showing exactly what we will build, how much it costs, and when it will be done.
- Deposits paid to start a project phase are non-refundable once we start working on that phase.
- We will launch your code live on your servers after you make the final payment.
5. Disclaimers & Responsibility
We build all software to the highest standards. However, we are not responsible if your business loses profits, if your servers go down, or if you lose database information while using the software, unless we explicitly agree to it in our signed contract.
6. Local Laws
These rules are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any legal questions will be handled in the courts of Mumbai.
7. Changes to These Rules
We may update these terms from time to time. We recommend checking this page occasionally to stay updated.
